I have been into cars since I was a wee lad. Seriously, I can't remember how long it's been. I do recall one day when I was little, Don Garlits picked me up and sat me into his dragster. From that point on, I have been into drag racing. (skip ahead a few years) I locate and purchase my first car, a 1971 Chevrolet Chevelle. After just a few weeks of owning it and "hanging out" at the local parts store with a high performance department, the manager told me to stop hanging out there and just get a job there instead. I had that Chevelle for 13 years and turned it into what you see in my vehicles here. Unfortunately, I did sell the car before I ever got it completed, but not before making it into a 600+HP 15psi supercharged SOB. In the last 5 years of having the Chevelle, I purchased a 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX and got my first taste of turbo 4 cylinder power. When I originally bought the Eclipse I intended on having 1 fun daily driver and a beast of a muscle car. After a year or so, I started to modify the GSX. Next thing you know, the Chevelle got less attention and the GSX more. With a number of mods on the GSX, I could no longer drive it in the IL winters, and needed something better suited. I picked up a 1992 Jeep Cherokee Sport. Being one of those guys that just can't leave well enough alone, I slammed a 3" lift and 31" tires on it right away, did some 4 wheeling and I was hooked. Now, as the proud owner of a 600HP Chevelle, low 13second Eclipse, and a lifted Jeep, I found myself moving to sunny AZ. This is where bad things happen. I sold the Chevelle to 2 people, rolling chassis to a guy looking to build a 540ci street killer, and the engine and trans to a guy with a real clean 55 Chevy. I sold the Eclipse to a guy that had more money than brains, and he immediately took it to a shop and had a bunch done to it. The dude calls me to let me know he just ran a 12.1 1/4 mile. I let him know, that I don't want to know any more. I drove the Jeep here to AZ where the 4 wheeling continued for a few more years. I picked up a Lancer OZ Rally for a daily driver. I do not recommend this car, in fact I sold it after only one year. I sold the Jeep due to operation costs, such as 8 miles/gal highway after I found a 1991 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX. I played around with that car for a bit, but the age of the car, caused me to do more maintenance than performance. As much as I liked the car, it was time to buy something reliable. Hello 2007 Scion tC. I sold the 1991 GSX to a guy from IL of all places and he seemed quite happy with a completely rust free car that had some balls and great starting point for upgrades. Now, I just drive the tC and I don't have a lot done to it. I do have plans, but after owning it 4 years and hardly getting anything accomplished, I am not so sure how far I will get.

    Nice mods to the car so far! Did you place your front led lights inside your headlight housing or just under it?

    I don't mind if light will b seen when the door is closed cuz doom light will go off in 2 seconds after doors r locked plus in case if I forget to turn dome.light off I'll know for sure its on cuz its hard to tell when u have tinted windows. I think I'm just gonna go behind door seal as far as wires go cuz taking door panel is a bit too much time n then again I don't have to worry about them getting wet much if I run them from the boot.
