Just wondering if anybodys thought on the H&R springs since the drop is 1.4 for the front and 1.3 on the back and it cost $178... though the TRD springs cost $159... dont know which one to get
i-d stick to trd, warantee is an major issue here
H&R already make springs for the car? If so.. wehre can i get them and sounds like its a bigger drop than the TRD-s...
TRD-s are a 1.25 drop all-around, but mine settled in close to 1.35(36)....if you want the H&R-s, I think you can get them from a current member on the forums- site..his name is under Racingsolutions and his web address is the same...check it out

how did you get the exact settled height?

Pre-measurements before hand then compared to after. I-m sure it won-t be exactly the same for all of outr tC-s and I have to way in the fact that its been 15 days since the install(700 miles). Well just whipped out the ol- measuring stick I understand what you mean by -exact settled height-; it-s not all too accurate, but it is greater than 1.25 by my tools...sin
if your concered with warranty issues, stick with the TRD, but it won-t drop it that much...the H/R-s aren-t much more of a drop, but that little bit does make the difference, ive seen both on the tC and have to say that the H/R look nice...mine are on order and i will post pics when i get them installed for those interested
Just ordered the H&R springs for my tC from www.tirerack.com
    Bah... http://www.RacingSolution.com H&R-s for $178... cheaper than Tire-Rack
is that with or without tax and shipping?? on tirerack they are going for $179 + shipping. i ordered mine last night, should have them on by middle of next week, i will post pics when installedthey only have a limited stock at tire rack though
I know. I went to the Racing Solutions site first. The shipping was more than double what the tire rack charged. 179+16(tire rack) or 178+35(racing solutions).
wow!!!i just got confirmation, the springs have left tire rack and are on the way to me...that was pretty quicki paid $14 for three day shippingnot a bad deal
Yah... thats gonna happen... my shipping is a rough estimate which is very accurate... tire-rack-s seems to give a more precise estimate... They also have two warehouses throughout the US so depending on the location.. shipping could be cheaper ..Tire Rack bought a huge quantity of H&R springs ... so they got a mad discount for buying in bulk... I-m a little guy... and I try to beat their prices... after paypal fee-s, I make close to nothing by selling these... I just like to try to beat the big guys prices Oh well... thanks for looking though.
My H&R springs just came in today. They are RED. Putting them on the car on Wednesday. Will post the pics.

Nice, paint the calipers to match and get some nice open rims to show it all off
what color are the TRD springs??
We carry TRD Springs for the TC at http://www.RacingSolution.Com now .. more TRD parts to come as well.

    The TRD-s are white
My question is, other than the slightly noticable height difference between the H&R and TRD springs, why would you want to go with H&R?
I was told the car will drop a little more after the H&R springs settle
