I recently bought and installed a new battery and alternator on my 2005 scion tc because it has been stalling for quite a while, yet it keeps stalling even after I put thr new battery and alternator. Don't know what the problem is. I put in a OBD2 and it came out with the code C1241 code, says something about low positive voltage. Please help!

most likely you got an alternator from a local parts store, autozone, advance, etc.. those are known to be junk. I bet you put a "new" alternator in, and still have this problem. Have the alternator tested, and get a multimeter, tell us what the voltage from the alternator is while it's running.
