Image Issues Fixed
We made some changes when migrating the site from one AWS account to another, and this resulted in some ill-configured images in various parts of the site. We have fixed the problem. You may need to clear browser cache to fix the issue.

Belt or Bearing Problem (2006 Scion TC)

    Hello Guys,

    I just started to notice this sound from my 2006 Scion TC while moving. When the car is stopped the sound goes away but during movement it makes either this squeal noise in the video or just starts squeaking slightly.

    That being said does it seem like a Belt problem or a bearing problem or something else?

    hi trey.. you'll have to pop the hood open and listen when the engine is running. Have someone turn the steering wheel (vehicle stopped, of course) and listen to the change in whine/noise. It sounds like it could be the power steering pump but you'll have to verify that with your ears.
