So my 2006 Scion tC has been loosing coolant and over heating. I will fill up the Reservoir and the radiator and when I get to work the reservoir and the radiator will be drained there is no sign of leaking and no puddles on the floor. Also there is no white smoke coming from the exhaust pipe so I don’t know where the coolant is going.

Your cylinder head has slightly separated from the block and it's burning the coolant. Check your oil and I bet you see coolant in the oil. The overheating is also from a failing water pump. If you search on this forum you will see that Toyota updated this design around 08-09. You'll have to take the head off, check for level, most likely send it to a machine shop. And then install deeper head bolts. This happened because the water pump failed, the head overheated, popped off the block, you begin to use coolant but cannot find any leaks.
