Hello guys, I just disassembled my side mirror to change the blinker, but I saw I have to replace the whole thing, but I can't find it anywhere. I live in a country where scions are a rare view and I need some place to order it from. Can you help me find some blinkers?

who imported your tC? They could help you get some blinkers which are available separately. here's the parts numbers
    81731-21190 Signal Lens, RIGHT
    81741-21190 Signal Lens, LEFT
Hello! The guy I bought it from imported it himself 9 years ago. Don't think he can help me with that.
check the internet for those part numbers, and you should be able to find someone to ship them to you. Many international shippers out there.
Thanks a lot for the part numbers!

hey you're welcome! no problem.. Now you can replace only the part that went bad.
Yes thanks a lot, do u know the part number of the third brake light too. Will be appreciated!

I could look it up, but the 3rd brake light only lights up the middle 6 spaces with light. The aftermarket has 3rd brake lights that the entire panel lights up. You can check ebay for those, probably a lot less money too!!

if you do want the original brake light, then I can look it up..
Yeah I actually found both OEM and aftermarket and I'll probably go with the aftermarket. Do u know if it's able to repair the third stop or I should just go with a new one?

If it died like all of them did, it's really not worth it to repair it. You would have to cut it all apart, then try to glue it back together after it's all cut. I went with a new one, since repairing the old one would only give you 6 LED's in the middle, the rest empty. I enjoy the look of the aftermarket where it lights up across the entire light.

I don't want to say you couldn't repair the other, it is easier to get a new one, and all the lights illuminate.

to replace the 3rd brake light, you have to remove the side trim, top trim of the hatch, then remove the bottom trim (the one with the handle, darker gray). From there, you undo the power release button, then you can access the third brake light. There is a DIY on here if not, I know the other tC forums had it.
Today something interesting happened. My mirror signal lens started working by itself. I don't know how and why, but I'm fine with it. Not ordering new for now.
Sadly from eBay and Amazon the shipping price is enormous, more than the light itself. My local Toyota dealer asks for 200usd for the light and I'm not fine with paying that much for just a light. I'll search for it in some junkyards and if I can't find one I'll try to fix it myself. I'll do an udpate when something happens.

glad to hear that the side mirror blinker is working now! sorry to hear that it was too expensive to ship. What about those international shipping forwarding companies? I think that's where you have the item shipped from ebay/amazon in the US, then they ship it from there to you.. Might be cheaper. Just a thought.
I have an update on the third Brake light. It appears that the leds are still working!
I red on some old forums elsewhere, and i found a guy who said there is a common problem with these cars. All he said I had to do is to pull the blinker lever slightly towards me, as u pull for flashing the high beams but apply low pressure. I did that and the stop started working. It stops working sometimes until I do it again. Maybe there is a problem with a connection or something, ill look forward it. But I'm happy i dont need to replace the brake light itself. I'll post an udpate if im able to fix it myself .

yes it definitely is a bad connection to the third brake light. I'd have to look at the wiring diagram to make sure that is really what's going on. Glad you got it fixed for now.. but definitely and odd fix! thanks for the update.
Where can I find one of these diagrams
