Replacing engine on 2007 scion

Hey all, I'm new here. I became a member of this forum to ask for help and advice on replacing the engine on my 2007 scion tc. So long story short, my engine overheated and the mechanic says I should probably replace my entire engine. It has 240,000 miles and has been losing coolant for some time now. It also burns oil slowly, which I understand can be a common thing with these engines. So I think it's time to swap this thing out. Are there any different engine versions that will swap right in? Looking at getting a remanufactured engine that has warranty for peace of mind. Any suggestions on what year, or if it even matters? If anybody has been here before please point me in the right direction. Thanks. -oscar
Why not just put the same kind of engine In just search what cars use the 2AZFE.
