Rough idle. Especially when A/C is on. Delay when i press on gas and when the car actually revs.

Car basically runs fine but yes rough idle low rpms especially when ac is on.
Then if i step on gas after letting off in any gear. Its really rough when it actually accelerates for a split second. Like if i let off gas completley then step on it not too hard but not graduale it will kinda jerk rough. Any ideas on what this could be? I cleaned the mass air flow sensor with the specific spray. Changed the spark plugs (which were the original ones im sure 156k miles)
I'm new to this but it looks like you did everything I would have thought to do except cleaning the throttle body. Have you tried that? Lots of videos online, you just need to unplug a few electrical connections and hoses (no liquid ones) and get in there with a toothbrush and some CB throttle body cleaner. Fixed my rough idle. No idea if this relates to A/C though, but since nobody else has replied maybe that's a place to start.

the other fix is to clean the MAF sensor with MAF cleaner.. CRC brand is the one we all use. works great. That would cause a rough idle, if the throttle body is clean.
