Hello all, I have an Injen intake and it is located in a really bad spot. It is located near the driver side wheel and I want to change the location of it. It rains and floods a lot here in Houston, Texas and I've had problems with this intake. I wanted to change the position the the filter and pipe attached to it but then decided to take that pipe off. Do you guys think it will be okay for me to remove the pipe after the black injen logo and just attach the filter there? As you can see the pipe splits there and I was just thinking I'd just attach the filter there instead of the extended pipe. Thank you all for the help in advance.

It can be used as a short ram. thats what i did when i had my tc. i just hated the placement of it in the fender well. You won't have any issues. I've had that intake on for years and never had any problems and just like you we get alot of rain here in NYC.
