I have a 2009 Scion Tc with 86,000 miles that wont start when I try to crank up the engine. It wont turn over but the lights, radio, alarm, and dash lights still turn on. The battery is still good. Took the battery to Advance Auto Parts to have it tested and it turns out ok. Tried to jump start the battery but the engine still wont turn over. Anybody have any ideas?

Try jumping the battery to be 100% sure as in use cables and jump it off another friends car with a newer battery and if that doesn't work locate your starter you should be able to find it on the right portion of the engine bay near the bottom end. Try having a friend try to start your car while you hit the starter with a hammer. If that works then you need a new starter. Also if your car is manual you can pop start it.
