We made some changes when migrating the site from one AWS account to another, and this resulted in some ill-configured images in various parts of the site. We have fixed the problem. You may need to clear browser cache to fix the issue.

Throttle position sensor

    Hello all - I am looking for a throttle position sensor for my 2006 Scion TC, yep still driving that bad boy, was running good until that went out and I cannot find one anywhere! Anybody know where I can find one? I can find ones for the Xa, Xb but none for the TC. WTH?! Thanks in advance..

    of course you can't find a throttle position sensor, it doesn't exist on the tC! That's why. The computer (ECU) uses the electric throttle plate motor as the throttle position sensor. The reason they go bad in the tC is because deposits build up on the throttle plate increasing the resistance of the plate's movement, burns out the electric motor over time. Solution? Keep the plate clean, along with the pivot points. Your only choice is to replace the entire throttle body.
