I have yet to see a tC with amber lighting to match the stock. There has to be someone out there with this that can post some pics. Though I-m not a big fan of the amber, I also don-t want colors that contrast with the rest of the lighting.
I agree. I currently have blue in my civic, which looks great, but I think the amber will be a different, nice complement to the tc dash setup. Someone please post pics.
I have wanted to see the Amber since April, before buying my car...I wonder how long it will take for a pic
Well, if nobody else does I will be getting it installed on sept. 11th and will post pics by that following monday!
Found one guys!http://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=22943These pics do not show me much, but at least its a start. It is also a pretty good guide for the sub. (It has made me decide to definitely build my own boxes). Also, it looks like he (per the factory instructions) mounted the led bars in a visible location. I think I will be getting some aftermarket led bars, much cheaper, and hanging them under the dash out of site. Street Glow-s web site is selling 10 inch led bars for 10 bucks. Beats $250.
Thanx! Now I feel better about my choice in blue
    Here is a clearer pic
Ugh, I was hoping that they would be hidden since the first guys pics said that the reason they were visible was the angle of the camera. Now though I see that they are visible even at a normal angle. Bleh, though they are decently bright and match the stock lighting.

There are many simple ways to -hide- the LED tubes - I-ll help you with it if you want
I-ll let you elaborate some more on Friday Zoltiz This mod is on my list of things to do along with the sway bar, s2k antenna, and nicer pedals.
My tC has not yet arrived, so I have not looked under the dash, but I have installed a blue neon underdash set on my civic. (Completely hidden). There are all kinds of things under there you can hang the lights from so that they remain hidden. I used those plastic zip cords to suspend them from various things. Hope this is useful.

That-s my ride in Sin-s post... The pic was taken from the rear seat and I angled the camera so that you could see the tube... From the front seats, you really can-t see the tubes unless you lean over or something.
I think the amber goes way better with the interior lighting... the blue looks nice but it doesn-t add that integrated feel I think alot of us would like, isn-t that part of the reason you-re all tC owners?...the awesome interior? (Granted, one of many reasons) Blue lighting would go better in a mazda3 or something with more red and black.I personally don-t care if my back seat passengers see the light bars, what matters to me is people OUTSIDE the car when i get out and leave the door open long enough to get people-s attention..then SLAM it while they-re all gawking!
