i have a 09 trd scion special edition. but the gay part about it is that it is auto so my question is does anyone have a pic of there engine with some mods on it that is auto. also should i even waste my time with it since its auto. i also want a turbo or supercharger but i dont know what to do since it is auto someone help me.

I don't see why it would make a difference if you have an automatic compared to a manual. The little gains to any bolt ons are still the same. I'll probably just get a cai.

just giving you a lil heads up cause you live in california.. there is currently no carb legal aftermarket intake that is available for 07++ tc ...... but i wont care.. lol... sorry to be a downer -
I got a cai on mine(its manual )and I live in socal just try to avoid getting your hood searched and you should be fine,heck even if the 5-0 does see it as long as your not raceing or braking any serious laws you should be fine
+1 for the injen cai tho,you can makie it in into a sri if you want. -
+2 for injen cai, it was a pia to install but worth it and like the person above me said it can be made into a sri

just get the injen lol I think it gives the most "power" and its freakin either sri or cai anyways + it sounds awsome after 3500rpm's

Search craigslist or ebay or for someone selling a used one. I bought one off some guy for $50 to replace the K&N CAI that came with my car. There really is no reason to spend $300 bucks on something that won't really give you any gains in hp.
