does this even exist? anyone has made it?
wind splitters? doctor isotope makes some. http://doctorisotope.com/plates_and_panels at the very bottom. dont know what a snow splitter is lol
This made me giggle. I rate this thread a 4/10... decent but not too funny.

Snow splitter???? Never heard of that. Maybe you need to search snow blower.
Wind Splitter... well you gotta search.
LOL I knew it would making yall laughing. well, i kept hearing ppl complaining about their front lip being damaged by curbs/curbstopper/dip/snow/etc... i was thinking why not make wind splitter as bumper gaurd by using different type of material like steel or something light weight and stronger to protect front end. when there's snow, just pull it out and lift it up then lock it to skimming the snows and push them out of way to protect front end. during nice day, it will just look like wind splitter. during snow day, it will look like plower. LOL
Lol. It's a neat thought but I don't think it would work like you envisioned it. There is a reason why snow plows are shaped the way they are and they look nothing like a wind splitter. Maybe people need to stop plowing through snow drifts in their cars or wait till the real snow plows clear the road to drive.
LOL im not trying to plow the snow but protecting front end.
ha ha. Misunderstood. You should invent it and let us know
    so, it doesnt exist?
That would be the equivalent of a wind splitter pushed through the snow and "splitting" snow. No, it doesn't really exist.
Oh boy, it's hard to explain what im thinking but let's try. some racer cars has slightly wider wind splitter than car's width. Im thinking make wind splitter slightly wider than my tc's width then pull it out, lift it up, and lock it. and weld on the bottom of wind splitter with C channel tubes or sheild walls or something make it V shapes that is same height as front bumper's height. not too low that plows the snow but skimming and split top of snow and pushing them out front tires' way. it's not like im depening on it. LOL I dont think it will work anyway plus it's proably gonna make car heavier and bad mpg and losing preformnces. and ugly. lol
wind splitter wont be flat but with crazy shapes like eye lashes that slide under out and stick out that become snow splitter. Dang, i sound crazy. lol.
I have a wind splitter and im dropped, I havent had any big issues with the snow, but I know what you mean. I'm even thinking about putting a front lip and somehow fitting the splitter on there too. Where do you live? Here in MA it gets bad when it snows like a b!tch. So Im just carrying a nice firm shovel and a big snow brush in my trunk. Having a dropped car, low profile tires, sideskirts, front/back lips is NOT an easy thing to deal with when winter time comes, I'd do anything to live somwhere where it doesnt effin snow!!!!!

I live in NV snow isnt too bad in here. also i work as night shift and my home is 65 miles away. during heavy snow, trucker dont even get start plowing until 3am or so. i have went 65 mph on 5" snow for 65 miles. im not really worry about snow. i want buy JP lip and protecting it from curbs/dip/snow/whatever. plus i like my tc to be unique. lol.

Yeah, I would like to wait to drive on plowed streets but when you get off work or going in right in the middle of the storms; you don't have choice. God do I hate working nights....

Just get some top notch winter tires and call it a day: those snow drifts aren't problem then. I driven through a drift that was hood height: ripped through it! White washed the windshield but it went through like a tank! LOL

Yea snow suck. I remember this day when I was forced to put snow chains on. After the day was over and took a lil look at my custom wheel. I was like Ahhhhhhh f#$k!!! Sh*$!! Why????? Lol. It was pretty bad. Thank God it's not chrome or polished. Just file and repaint them and now I have to do again cuz of curbs and tire stores kept popped my custom center emblems. Wish I could make everything idoitproof lol
