some a-hole swiped the left (drivers) side of my rear bumper of my 2016 tc2 while while i was slaving away at work. It was pushed forward, damaged past the clear coat, and completely misaligned the bumper. Ive only owned the car since the beginning of January 2017, and im still paying for the sucker, so you can imagine how freaked i am. Id really like to know if anyone knows of any good body kits, or where i can find a decent bumper to replace the damaged one. Should i simply replace the bumper, or shoot for the body kit? just need some guidance from my fellow tc owners. Ive fallen for car at this point, so any and all help would be greatly appreciated. I would really like to get my baby looking as good as new.

kept this post since it was a double post before.. best thing is to make a police report of this hit and run. Then get your insurance involved it's why you're paying to have it. Maybe there is security camera footage at your job that got a view of the vehicle that did this. But you're also should get to a body shop and get some quotes as well. Who knows what damage could be under the cover.

double posted in hopes of more replies given the fact that i did it in two different sections. As for the rest, way ahead of you bud. Already called the cops, nothing but a report could be done. Had already asked for security cam info when i arrived at the store. I have to inform myself as the manager. There are none. Contacted my insurance, apparently I didnt meet the deductible so im paying for everything out of pocket. Id hate to sound like a rude dude, but im not some 17yo kid who doesnt know the steps to take. I know i should go to a body shop to get quotes due to the fact that idk if theres more than meets the eye. I had posted in hopes of someone knowing if there was and where i could buy after market body kits for my 2016 tc.This is why i posted twice under two different titles. What i meant by what should be next is if i should even shoot a after market kit if there is one. I was thinking maybe i should make the best of a bad situation and take advantage and upgrade what i could cosmetically.

hey no rudeness was meant, just was thinking what you could do. Glad you've covered all the steps so far! Odd that doesn't meet the deductible since every time I've used my insurance, I pay the deductible they cover the rest. anyway, ya it could be once you get it all fixed, upgrade to a nice body kit. I see what you're saying and definitely could make the best of a bad situation. (thumbs up)!

AFAIK, there are No Body Kits for the tC2.5 (2014-2016).
You can find a Front Lip, Side Skirts, Spoiler & Front Bumper Separately, but, Not a Full Body Kit.
There is No Profit for aftermarket manufacturers to make Full Body Kits for Discontinued Automobiles.

Your Best Bet is to get a OEM Bumper replacement.
