I've already posted this on SO but I will here as well. Those numbers are horribly over rated.
1. The dyno is a hub dyno. So, subtract 10whp for not spinning wheels and tire mass.
2. The dyno used was at Church automotive, and is NOTORIOUS for reading way to high. its a common bit of knowledge in the Honda camp. Please check temple of v tech and Honda tech forums for the laundry list of threads about it.
Frankly I'm sad to see a company with the outstanding rep of world racing using such a horribly scewed dyno. For press / forum release info.
