Template Conversions #4

More templates have been converted, and some sections are running completely off the new templating engine. These sections include the home page, gallery list, and user profiles.

I will be working on converting Rides, Videos, Private Messages, and some other minor section templates tomorrow. Forums will be the last section I convert as it appears to be the biggest.
