Old user libraries completely removed.

Another mini-milestone for the redesign: the old user libraries have been completely removed from the back-end, which may result in slightly faster page loads.

What does this mean? I can start working on the new Gallery system as well as the new Account Registration / Management section!

If something is broken, PLEASE REPORT IT TO ME.
