News, and shiny Home Layout

Hey there gang,

Since I needed to clean up some old CSS for the site, I figured I'd redo the home page from scratch and introduce the beginning of the News system.

Some of you may think the revamped home page is a little wordy, but really, it's not all that bad. As for thread listings, granule details have been reduced and more threads are displayed. The rides list only includes the user who created the ride and when, and some videos details have been removed.

The news system still needs a bit of work; style, organization, and features are still missing. One of the features I have planned is for users to submit news to be approved on the site. There will be a benefit to submitting news, and that will be announced at a later time.
