New comment system

We have finally replaced the comment system with a brand new one. This comment system is running on user profiles, videos, and the upcoming news system (what you are seeing now).

The comment system isn't completed yet since we haven't had the time to ask users for feedback on additions yet. Some things, like comment deletion, haven't been added yet, but will show up soon.

Expect to see this comment system added to Gallery pictures, individual rides, and other things.
