Is the tC the next Honda Civic?

    Do anybody here thinks that the new scions will become the new civics due to the fact that they are in the lower price range???

    i DONT THINK sCION WILL EVER BE QUITE LIKE THE CIVIC CRAZE but the people owning so far seem to be a tight knit group like alot of civic owners!Place a deposit for a TC today!

    Yea there are going to be a lot of owners. The xA and the xB will kind of be like the civic si-s and I don-t think the tc will be a civic because of the unique styling

    I hope not because I am going to buy one and I don-t want my car to blend into the masses like a Civic does.

    I wouldnt like it if the tC became the next civic. i really dont like Hondas cuz im more of a toyota kind of guy. i would love to get the new tC, but it better not turn into the next civic. the stats on it are pretty good,and its pretty much something honda cant match. 200HP for under $20,000. the RSX-S is around $25,000 and thats the most powerful sport compact car honda makes. But their NSX is just sad. 290 HP for $90,000 :? waaayyy too much money in my book for such an amount of power. hopefully the tC starts a new trend and doesnt follow in the footsteps of a Honda.

    Well, I-m not really sure. You have the extremely affordable xA and xB, but they don-t have the sort of easily upgradable engines civics do and they are already wildly sytled and customizable. Civics(the new ones) are really nice looking and affordable with more power thatn the xA and xB. But you know what? Scions are gonna last longer than Hondas, they are much more unique and the tC beats all of the factory civics hands down.

    okay i dont know about that whole scions will last longer than civics......civics last forever.....but i hate civics with a passion. the tc is a value packed cheap car.....it will definately become less and less unique because of its price.....think of it like this...wouldnt you rather have a tc than a civic? well wouldnt most people?? im sure it will take some time before the tc becomes common, but im pretty sure its bound to happen....so get one quick and get rid of it in 5 years....oh and how can the xa of xb be like si-s? si-s are more expensive and have more options....xa-s and abs are cheaper and have less...

    yea i alos hate civics. theyre like the symbol for rice rockets. and the point where every where i look i see a stupid civic with like all these scribbles on the sides that are supposed to be decals. it would be a sad day when the tC becomes the next civic

    The tC WILL be like the next Civic. The way it-s priced, the auto tranny available, the looks, the colors available, the fat sunroof, the 17- wheels, the skyline looking grill... it-s a good looking car for a good price.

    i dont necessarily think itll be the next civic, but it might start a new trend kinda like civic sorta started the whole rice rocket thing

    the tC will be as popular but if you guys take a good look at the tC, I don-t know about you but there is no 4dr tC. There are a lot of 4dr civics out there. Then you see people trying to hook them up, it becomes ricey.

    if you ever stop by Santa Maria (next to Santa Barbara), take a trip through town. There are a lot of people who overkilled the civic. There are ones with unpainted bodykits, ones missing their front bumper, even the people who have the old Accord-s put aftermarket wings on their car.They burn my eyes when I see them. See look their burnning right now!

    same here, down by Irvine. too many civics (hondas and acuras in general) have half way jobs. a backwards spoiler on a 1980 honda. a hald painted body kit on a 1990 civic. pretty much its very sad seeing those cars. i dont know how anyone can do something that horrible to those cars.

    In New York we also a bunch of those. I believe they are everywhere in the US. I don-t mind if there nicely done. But the unpainted/primed/no bumper civics has got to go

    I hope the TC is not the next civic. I hate civics!!!Or any other car that people get confused with being a sports car. i.e. hyundais, kia. You guys think you got it tough... HAH!in San Diego I deal with 85 hyundai excels, that are dropped, have chrome exhaust, and 20- spinners!! That is ridiculous!!! Why do these morons put so much money into these crap cars, and then can-t get a damn paint job, or even a decent primer job. Putting on rims dosen-t make it go any faster...retards! Well I-m off to make a lift kit, rollbar, and skidplate for my truck out of paper mache-...
