Lexus SC300 vs Scion tC

    u think a auto lexus sc300 could take our tCs?

    these are its stats:
    3.0 L 2JZ-GE I6
    4 speed auto
    3505 lbs

    Bone stock i'd say definitely, but a SC TC could prolly do em.

    Hmm SC 300. They have somewhere like ~230hp and 200ft-lbs? I dont think Lexus will win everytime but I could definitely see a tC giving it a run for its money.

    Haha, but those SC430s? Man forget it, they'll leave you in the dust before you can blink! Nice cars, a little girly looking, but nice anyways.

    Nah i dont think it cant take our cars stock for stock. I raced a buddy of mine and he got a es 300. Simialr stats, 4speed auto, 200 hp and 214 llbs, but it's 400 pounds lighter. I think it would balance out to be the same thing. He might have you on the jump but you'd catch up by end of 2nd middle of 3rd gear. You will be fine

    ^^^ Dont be so sure. I think it would be a good race. Horsepower doesnt mean everythin. Or engine size doesnt mean nothin either. From a dig its torque and weight and from a roll it's weight and horses. Race it andfine out. I think you'd win.

    Yeah, that and they are inline 6, with somewhere around 230 hp. Which is very respectable, but the if its auto and weighs 500lbs more, I would be suprised to see a manual tC beat it every once in a while.

    2JZ isnt a V6 bud...same as an MK IV Supra..I6..

    tc would win. i raced my friend that has an auto sc 300 and i beat him on both streets and freeway. yea he has about 200hp but its an auto and pretty heavy. he has a 1993 with the i6

    on paper the lexo should win...however, i think it depends on the driver....aaaand, don't forget, we're giving our cars way too much credit, the lexo weighs around 500lbs more but also has close to 100hp more(70 actually)...defenitely no hyundai....lol

    We not giving our cars to much credit but it's jus that its a auto and alot heavier than our cars. We dont have the fastest cars out there but there are still some cars that are slower than our cars to.

    70 isn't that close to 100.. that's a 30 HP difference, which is basically what a supercharger gives the tC. And that's a pretty decent difference. However, the weight and slushbox are more than likely what will determine the outcome, but i honestly think you can do it. I beat an ES300 a couple months ago, and it wasn't even funny, not sure how the SC300 compares but i'm sure it's similar, probably a little faster, but not much.

    I can take my buddies IS 250 and all I had at the time was I/E. Now with the I/H/E, I really make him cry especially cause his car cost more than double mine!

    ^awd or rwd...which model, believable but not said in stone...give me the is and i'll smoke a tc with basic bolt-ons any day of the week...

    Whats the difference between Inline6 and V6? They still both have 6 cylinders right?
