Any one here owns a 240sx??

    My friend/former roommate had one while we lived together. I used to drive it sometimes and it was pretty fun being rear wheel drive. He had an APEX-i N1 catback exhaust, Pacesetter header and Injen cold air intake. Actually, the tC-s power curve reminds me a little of the 240-s (NA) - plenty of low-midrange torque but would like more high revving hp. As I remember, it seems the 240-s power was even lower RPM-wise than the tC. My friend had planned on new cams to change the curve or an SR20DET swap but ended up trading it for a Sentra SE-R Vspec instead, then later traded it for an RX-8. I like the last years of 240s made, when the headlights were more agressive looking.

    240sx is my favorite car. i had a 91(which got totaled a week after i finished paying it off) and a 95(which i sold to get my tc) that is IMO the funest car to drive. i used to take turns at like 40 or drive down curvy roads at like 70mph... now the tc is a different story. its kinda hard getting used to FWD cars since the 3 cars ive owned were all RWD.

    Once I get a house with a garage, the 240 will be a project car for me.

    sweet plan InLikeFlint..i will post some pics of my 89 240sx project but i have an offer for it and now i wanna sell it and get an old p.o.s.FWD(prob a civic ) for a winter/summer beater(while am saving) then buy a newer project car next summer

    haha, yeah i've always loved 240s too! Them and preludes.. If i ever hit the lottery, def gettin a 240!

    I'm buying another one in january probably an S13 hatch...I like my TC and all but damn 240's are fun to drive!!!
