HID flicker

  so i installed my 8k hids yesterday an every thing went good without a problem, but when i turned them on i noticed on the passanger side it tends to flicker like it dose not have a loss of power it flickers i was just woundering if anyone has had this before an what they did to fix it

  I've heard of this happening before, most of the time it happens to be a prong not making good enough contact at the ballast.

  Wiring harness helps with that too!!!..If you dont have one get one!
  
  check your ground wire too.

  When that happened to me it was because of bad ballasts.

  well i live in buffalo an it tends to get really cold but i dont have a ground wire it was a PnP kit how much dose a harness cost ?

  the relay harness is anywhere from 10-15 dollars on average

  www.mengmotorsports.com has a relay harness its cheap.

  I have that same problem I got brand new ballasts hooked it to the battery put in the relay harness and it still does that only on the passenger side WTF?! haha

  yaa that happened to me too but then both started to lol
  
  i checked my ground and it stopped...for a week or so
  then i checked my relay and connectors...still flickers
  then i just ran it with no relay harness...no flickers for a couple nights, then it just didn't turn on..lol
  so i put the relay back on checked and tighten the ground wires and the connecters...no flickering but sometimes it doesn't turn on.
  soooo i just bought a new kit at mengmotersports and no more problems.lol

  well if i get a harness from meng will it hook up to my hid even tho i didnt get them from him or would i have to get it from the store i got mine at online also will i have to buy two relay harness or only one

  all harness will work provided you buy the one for your headlights, they are not brand or make specific
  
  if you'd like to can even make one yourself for about $8, it's just fuses, switch and wires.
