Ok, as of now, I'm feeling regretful because I chose Ken to do the tint job on my car. Why? Well, I got the car tinted today, he had to remove the original tint that was on there and tint it again with the new tint (Suntec HP 28%). Everything was cool in the beginning, from talking to him on the phone and setting up the date to get the car tinted, as well as meeting him for the first time. I brought along a friend who needed his car to be tinted as well, so not only did he get one car, but two. He first starts talking about the number of cars he has tinted, shows us his personal car, his neighbors, everything looks good (although I didn't get a close up look). After we give him our keys, I head out to work. He charged me $150 for the removal and re-tinting for my tC. Not bad at all. My friend gets his Mazda 3, he said it looks good, but he'll check it out again in the morning. As for my car, I'm fairly disappointed. He included with the $150, free eyebrow tint on the windshield, and clear bra on the gas plate (which I did not ask for). He goes through the whole procedure of how the bubbles and haze will go away. It wasn't until I got home that I started noticing the bad things. 1). He made a dent in the rear cargo mat (I had to bend it back together so it would not sink into the spare tire area 2). It seems like he burnt some of the plastic (located rear driver side near the quarter panel window) 3). There is dust between the film and window. 4). He didn't cut the film close enough to the edge of the driver and passenger door, 5). There are huge gaps and bubbles along the edges of tint film on the rear hatch window (top left corner). If there was one mistake, it was that I rolled down the windows when trying to lock them. 6). When picking up the car, I could see tread marks from my tire on his driveway. I asked him did someone peel out my car? He tells me no, it was another one of his customers and their car (as soon as i mention this he pulls out the water hose and starts spraying it. I'm curious because the tread marks look exactly like the tread on my car, and he had young customers getting their cars tinted while I picked mine up.
Alright, so after finding all the problems, I call Ken, he didn't pick up, left him a voice mail and he calls me back later. First thing he says is "whats the problem?" I told him what was going on and he tells me "what are you trying to say?" I told him that all the problems stated above. Then he gets into a fit and starts cussing at me saying that he gave me a great f***ing deal, that my car looked like s*** prior to him tinting it, that I shouldn't complain, and that the problems I stated were "stupid" problems that he wanted to fix. I don't know how to react. I've never dealt with anyone like him before. I never suggested that his work was bad, that he did a bad job, just that I'd like him to fix the issues or at least take a look at them. I'm a cool, genuine, and honest person, and for him to blow up, curse, throw a b**** fit is really startling to me. I feel cheated honestly, I worked my butt off for that $150 dollars and I wish I had just waited and paid a premium price to get it done at a real tint shop.
He wants me to bring my car back tomorrow at 9:30am in the morning so he can fix the problem. I told him I could wait till he gets back from vacation and he said "No f***ing way just bring the car, I want to fix it NOW!" I honestly don't feel safe around this guy after hearing him talk like that, I don't feel safe leaving the car there for him to work on it either, I don't know if he'll mess up the car. He doesn't offer a receipt either. I'm just frustrated because he said hes a man of his word, that he stands by his so called "lifetime warranty". Its just bullpoop. How should I handle this situation?

I'll post up pictures, just gotta grab my brothers camera...
