I did the same mod but with cold air intake. See what happens is when you take off the stock header you are taking out the cat and that is bad. So what you need to do is go to a local shop near you and have them put in a High Flow cat after the header have them take out the resegnator and have then re route the second o2 sensor behind the new cat.
See whats happening it you took out the stock cat and so whats going on with the car is its dumping lots of fuel and fouling out the o2 sensor coming out the new headers. The cars computer needs that cat and you also need that cat for emissions right know your running open header. Right now your car car should be really loud and sometimes back fires because of so much fuel in the exhaust piping. It cost me like $370 to fix the problem on my car and holy shit I noticed a difference on power when i first started driving it the first couple of days. Hope all goes well and good luck. Any questions feel free to ask. The check engine light is you poping a cell which sets a check engine. If you take it to any shop and have then check your light for you it will say P304 or P340 somthing like that and its a emission cat missing. Trust me I have learned. But I love my cars power. Peace

I've had the antifouler on for over 10k and a year. Hopefully if you follow these steps it will clear up your CEL.
