WOO! New House

    So my three best friends and I got a 2,800 square foot house...It's awesome, it backs up to a greenbelt so we don't have anyone behind us and it's a HUGE lot and a HUGE backyard for our dogs. We're going to put the deposit on it right now. I'll take a picture when we go by it today so you guys can see it

    I'm so excited, we move in next week!!

    2800 Sq ft here with a big back yard. 800k or more depending on yard size, and where on this island it is. Could easily be in the millions down in hawaii kai for a house comparable to what you got.

    Hell to rent my apartment thats 515 sq ft is $1000 a month. The going rate in my building currently for a 515sq ft apt is about
    $12-1400 a month.

    Im moving out of my apartment Hopefully within the next 2 months. It gets between 85-90+ degrees in here and the AC does not help at all.

    Hopefully i can find a place that big enough for me yet still in my price range in waikiki. I really want to get my ass down that way.

    Our rent is 1400/month and that's really expensive for here. It's only because the house is in a nicer area and the lot size that makes it that much. I could get the same thing on the other side of the highway for 1100, but we liked this one. You should move to Texas! Haha.

    OMG only $1400 for 2800ft are u serious? Thats a freakin steal...u wont find that around here thats for sure! I would kill for that!!!!!!! Maybe I oughta move to TX...hmmm
