well the time is finally approaching. my wife and i are purchasing our first house. settlement wont be until mid august of this year. we currently live just north of city limits in hagerstown,md. we are moving maybe 3-5 miles up the road which puts us into pennsylvania. it will be a greencastle mailing address but not actually in greencastle.

i guess to start off i was wondering if someone could let me in on a few things with car laws. i know i don't have to worry about a front plate anymore which doesn't matter since i never used one in maryland either. i guess to start i was wondering what the laws with how dark you can tint windows, how low the suspension can be basic things like that? thanks for any help everyone.
