I grew up in VT and we get soooo much snow up there but yeah I wouldn't doubt it if that happened there cuz people can't drive for sh*t there despite being used to driving in the snow. Plus the place looked pretty dead and that's what it's like there...real quiet and empty.

And we don't invest in chains because we hardly ever get snow. It's maybe once or twice(if were lucky) per year.
