 what kind of lights should i get my girlfriend! she has a 99 honda accourd! now something good,

also she keeps askng about some stars on the rear lights! i dont know if it is a film, projector, or whatever anyone let me know please.

 All you see to do for the Stars on the tailights is to find some place to make you overlays for them with star cutouts that simple.
