Rockland Toyota/Scion, Blauvelt, NYInterestingly enough, the only time I visited there during the time I was buying the car that was any problem at all was when I went to pick it up. They were really busy that day, though, so I can forgive them for taking so long to get to me. Otherwise, the whole experience was very good. My salesman was Maurice and he was very nice and helpful, and when my car was getting screwed at the port or from the factory or whatever because they were shipping ones with options I didn-t order, he managed to find me the one with the least options to buy. I could have waited longer, but I chose not to, and even though I agreed to get one with about a $1000 worth of extras, he went out of his way to find one with about $200 more. All in all, a quality experience. I would definitely recommend them.

Lustine Toyota/Scion in Woodbridge, VA.I have mixed reviews about this place. The night I went to checkout the tC, the salesman (Jimmy) I originally talked to was not there. However, he had his co-worker (Josh) work with me on the deal. Test drove the car, i was happy and we went back to talk about payments. They definately hooked me up on the payments and I was happy about that. However, this is where I have an issue with them. I was told (by Josh and his manager) that I can get an alarm system outside of the dealership for alot less and that it wouldn-t be an issue. After I signed everything I was told by someone else (Customer Service Rep at the dealership) that it would void the warrenty(strike one). This got me upset cause I would of put the alarm in with the financing. So the day after this i went to pick up the tC cause i had the lojack, paint and fabric protector and the radio being put in. I get there at about 7pm to pick it up and everything was done but the radio (strike two). So I had to come back again to get it installed the next day. I wouldn-t be complaining about this but I put on 75 miles just going back and forth to the dealership. fine..so I decided that I-d pay out of pocket to get the alarm installed. I called a few days later and spoke to Josh and told him how I was at a loss. He then said that he was sorry but it would cost X amount of dollars to have the alarm installed. I was cool with it. I even double checked with him to make sure the price was including the install and it was. I then call the service dept to make an appt and they said the price Josh gave me was wrong (altho its on their website from what Josh said). and the service advisor said it would be 160.00 for the install and whatever the price was for the alarm. a $70.00 difference (strike three). At this point i-m pissed off. I tried getting a hold of Josh and guess what..now he-s not returning my calls and everytime i call he-s either not there or not answering his pages. I have now (after reading all the paperwork about the warrenty) decided to only deal with them only if I really have to. but everything else is being done by me or a professional shop. i even went to an aftermarket alarm cause I need one and I-m not paying that much for a factory alarm when i can get a better one for the same price. I wouldn-t recommend this place based on their service with me and their lack of knowledge.

Wow Acid u went to galaxy toyota also?...Galaxy Toyota- Eatontown NJWell where should i start on how bad they are...first i purchased my car in mid july, they said 1 month, arrived end of august, so 6 weeks.... ok not to bad...Oh wait forgot to mention, i didnt get the car i purchased... Yea see they screwed up on my order and ordered my car in a different color....... So it was either wait another month or take my car in the different color, or take the car in the color i wanted just no side impact air bags...Ok so i took the car with no air bags and they threw in free goodies for me, ok im happy. But wait it gets better, now they add the window etching but of course this doesnt go well.......Now i have acid on all 5 of my windows where there is etching, ok great, they will replace the front driver and passenger windows but not the others cause it wouldnt be a perfect job as they did it at the factory....So i get the windows installed and an oil change, that wasnt bad except for the fact it took them 7 hours, got there at 8 and receieved it at 3....So all and all, i hate them, never do business with them again, and i suggest no one else do business with them...Thats my review and 2 cents.

Perruzi Toyota in Hatfield, PaI had a great experience here. They got me a car in 1 week, in the color and style I wanted. I think they may have bumped me ahead of some people. They called me when the car came in and I had the car in my hands 3 hours later. Great service.

Chantilly Toyota/Scion, VAI put my $500 dep and was told it would be two weeks before my tC arrived. They said since I ordered all my mods (grnd effects, rear lip, security) before it hit port, all of the work would be done in New York and I could pick it up as soon as it was delivered. I was supposed to get my car middle or late last week. I got this message last night. From the dealer:Today I checked the status of your Tc. It is still in freight status. That means that the shipping company at the port has your car.Hopefully tomorrow I will know more. I am sorry for the delay. My guessing is that because of the additional options that You order, like the ground effects, is taking a little bit more time. Anyway, I will keep You updated. Believe me, I am also interested in delivering this car. For obvious reasons right... See You soon,I am just wondering why the dealership, not me, is collecting interest on my $500. Slowly getting kinda pissed.

I got mine at Smithtown Toyota in Long Island. It is suppossed to be one of the largest dealerships in the east. The service was good. There was a long two and a half month wait, but it was because i got a black tc with side airbags. They said there was a long wait for those. I got it with only 1 mile!!! The installation of all the accesories was decent. The sales people were accomodating and although they made a mistake on the delivery date they did promise to compensate, maybe with a car cover.

Columbus, OhioI purchased my TC from Germain Toyota, but on service issues have dealt with Tansky. Both dealerships have been good to deal with. The only issue that I have was when I purchased the TC from Germain. I got ripped off on my trade in, but most of it was my fault. I had to have the TC and did not care about the trade. Wish that I would have dealt with Tansky from the beginning. Will be purchasing an XB also, so will be dealing with Tansky from here on out.

Smithtown Scion330 E Jericho TpkeSmithtown NY 11787I got my tC there two weeks ago after only a week-s wait! I actually started looking at cars in January but waited til Spring to get it. After seeing the tC in person I fell in <3 with it and had to get it. I went back in March and tada~! The deal was done. The guys there are really great... Very friendly and helpful. The whole Toyota/Scion dealership there is highly recommended! We currently have 3 Toyotas and [now] 1 Scion that were either bought or serviced there so there-s a longstanding relationship between my family and that dealership. Anyway, I had a great experience with them! My sales guy was Mike, and Steve Gaynor was really helpful too

Halterman-s Toyota / East Stroudsburg, PAI ordered mt tC the first week of February and drove it off the lot the last week of February. My family has been buying cars from Halterman-s for years and the buying experience has been great. The only flub was that the dealer initially told me what I-d be paying for my tC monthly without adding the tax and tags to the total, and when I read the (pre-signed) papers, of course, the price was higher. It was an honest mistake (really, it-s a long story), but it still bummed me out - not that the monthly price was outrageously higher, but still . . . Other than that, I highly recommend these guys if you-re looking to buy a Scion or Toyota. Ask for Chris Joseph or Junior Mendosa.

I recieved my 05 TC in May from Dayton Scion in New Jersey. The salesman was Bill Barton, he made the whole experience painless. Though the used car manager gave me two different trade in prices on my car. That was the only problem.

On a sacle of 1 to 10 , they get a 8.5!!!

Jone's Toyota, Bel Air MD: I had a very good experience dealing with this dealership. The people there will go out of their way to make sure the job get done right. Things aren't always as fast as you would like them to be, but I am a patient person. It took about two weeks to get my car, but it didn't have the upgrades i'd bought. The quick shifter went in about two weeks later, and it took about a month to get the TRD suspension package. I would have gotten both at the same time but somebody that worked there lifted the kit and sold it on E-bay. Funny thing is, the dealership's the one that bought it back from him.
He was fired! Other then that, everything has been great. When I go back for an oil change and they can't get me in in less then 45 minutes, they give me a free tire rotation when I come back. They even put on some of aftermarket parts for me. The quality of people makes up your any other shortcomings. I highly recomend it!

I had been attracted to the tC since it came out, and I was happy to find out that one of the Toyota dealerships in the area I was in was going to dedicate one of its three showrooms to Scions and SUVs (not excited so much about the SUVs). Well I finally had the chance to go down and look at the tCs and I realized that the commercials and other advertising did them no justice. Recently I had begun looking for a new car anyways because a) mine was a piece of crap, and b) new cars are just awesome. So naturally the tC was high on my choices list. Well, it came down to decision time and I went and bought mine. I can't even begin to describe how well Toyota of Nashua helped me out. Granted, not all of my add-ons are in yet, they made the ENTIRE process completely painless (despite having to pay around $17,000). Now, I say 'they' as if everyone there was doing everything they could to make my car buying process as simple as possible, but really it all came down to the salesman and the financial guy. Bob Marcoux (the salesman) was amazing. He might have recgonized that it was my first time buying a *BRAND* new car, and all the better. He made the process simple, quick, and I was able to drive my car home Wednesday night. Man was that sweet. Like I said, it didn't have the alarm system or the other add-ons, but he made an appointment around my schedule and I'm going to be going back Monday to take care of it. But really, if you are in the area of Nashua, New Hampshire shopping for cars, especially the tC, go there. ASK for Bob Marcoux. You can even feel free to mention that Brad. V, a recent 2006 Black Scion tC buyer reccommended you to him. He really deserves the business because he made the entire process just oh-so easy.

I rate the whole experience 10 out of 5. Yea, I know what I wrote.
