I have a Planet Audio Sub, and I have heard sub's always sound better if you have the same brand name sub, amp, and head unit, is this true or simply a myth? Come on Myth Buster's.

Figured, had a friend who had all Kenwood, and was telling me you get a better sound with all the same brand, he changed his factory speakers with Kenwood even.

i dont buy kenwood, after i blew 4 of there subs without trying and screwed up a headunit randomly. i stick with pioneer and JVC.

I like my Pioneer deck, work's for me haven't had problem's with them had one in my 1988 celica, and the one I have now is from my other old car.
