Take it to another shop. I have mine hanging right where the axle back would meet the midpipe and it doesn't hang any lower than the tow hook welded on the rear axle.

I'll upload pics of mine to show you that my resonator hangs no lower then the bend in my midpipe just before the gas tank. About 4 inches of ground clearance WITH my drop.

so.. for resonators you'd have to cut up the midpipe and weld the resonator on? :o

The redline is just to show how it's level with the lowest point of the exhaust. **mind the rust b/c it's a solid steel resonator (moroso spiral flow)....I'm sanding and painting it with heat paint when it warms up a bit.

No, I have 2.....It's the Draxas midpipe. It has a highflow CAT and another resonator. Came like that ....I just added the second one there and stiff welded the rear section at the tip and the side support you see in the picture. It flexes very little and with my ETD setup, my exhaust feels much more solid and the tone is nicer.

oh. where is the other resonator? i assume the car is the same location as stock?

Yeah, it goes:
CAT right at the neck of the mid pipe, then the two little arms where the hangers are and then the resonator. The flange was a few inches past that but I welded the rear solid and it made things much easier. I'm very happy with this setup. FINALLY!....haha

i'm not seeing the cat (assuming its not in the picture) or the 2 hanger arms...but oh well.

what exhaust (rear section) do u have. looks to be pretty wide piping. is it 2.75 or 3"?

No, it's totally custom.

Draxas S pipe
Draxas Mid pipe

Both just under 2.5 inches inner diameter.

Then the moroso spiral flow resonator is same inner.
Piping between resonator and spintech muffler is same and then a 2.5 inch inner diameter exit pipe

OK. i think i got it. so here is your setup:

exhaust manifold>>>Draxas S pipe>>>Draxas Mid pipe w/ hi flow cat>>>>moroso resonator welded between midpipe and >>>>>spintech muffler>>>stock tail/exit pipe. do i have it right?

the exit pipe is actually off my original draxas rear section. I just tossed it and kept the exit pipe

Plus, HPR header....(draxas mid pipe has resonator also)..the rest is good

where is the resonator in the draxas mid pipe? so then u really do have 2 resonators... 1 cat and 1 muffler..

so, does the draxas S pipe eliminate the stock cat? or is that the mid pipe that does that.

The header eliminated the secondary CAT on the manifold and the midpipe replace the stock primary CAT with a highflow.
