can someone tell me if it is normal that a squeaking sound you can hear from the intake side..

there shouldnt be any squeaking noise unless something is not tight enough. my friend has the aem intake and there is no added noise from it


So what if my girlfriend drives a Supra, I'm more sexier than she is! =)

i fourth that.. i just did a lot of searchin around for which intake to get for a first mod and injen seems to be the winner after lookin everywhere but just sayin an intake section would def help big time

I had a V2 on my Honda Civic EX...yes I had a Civic...

anyway, it kicked ass. made my SOCH VTEC sound mean

yea im waiting for a while to see whats good and whats not so that i dont waste as much money like iwht the tC's exhaust.lol. but yea wanna find a nice intake and nice sounding exhaust not canister style either. dont think that i want canister style muffler.

Canister is played out, go with something that looks OEM.

yea thats what im trying to do but custom i had like 5 and they all fell aprat. but i was thinking maybe a 2.25 exhaust from teh stock cat back keeping it on but get rid of all the resonators and get a less chamber muffler. like the sp2 greddy and shit.

yea rying to do everything rite like wait for a nice CF hood and fuel door. and look for nice ass rims and good tires and shit. not just be like OMG get this and that ite away. new car waitinf for a while then getting some mods.

It's weird, but really, whatever you do to a Civic, it's still gonna sound like a civic..........not a high end farting one, but with Greddy style canisters (Greddy has a Greddy sound...I know, but it's very common on civics so I consider it a civic sound...not always bad), you'll have the grumbly civic sound.

I think a full custom setup would be unique for this car.
