The team founder (there would only be one master user with the ability to change ownership) will have the option of setting up a page discussing the focus of their team(s), also highlighting specific rules if they wanted to. It would be up to the team founder to enforce rules in team/club membership, and would have the ability to kick out members at will.

im up for all that. how does this fit in with the teams already created such as "pinksquad", "bluehaze" ect...i only ask because myself and BearZ just started up a new group that seems to have a large following so far. is this just a regional thing for meets and such. i havent found many people from my region on this site and am still trying to recruit a bunch from scionati.com

Sounds awesome SqMK but so there can only be 1 owner? N there has to be an owner? Like a group cant just be started with a bunch of ppl wanting to start it up ya know what I mean? So that it's not just 1 member that has all the control.
So how do we get a group approved because I really want to start up a SoFla 1 asap! I love the miniforum and calendar idea!!!

This system would make onsite clubs / teams official since features would be dedicated to allow founders to manage these groups, events, group galleries, or whatever. Imagine a user profile page, but for a club/team.

There would be one 'founder' for a group. That founder would be able to assign permissions to other users to have member approval and event creation abilities. The main founder would be able to disband the club/team if it was no longer available, and would not be allowed to be removed from the club.
This system is just an idea and would be launched shortly after the new site is launched, meaning that this system does not exist yet and group approval would not start until the system is actually up and running. Group approval is still being devised.

This has not been implemented, nor have I begun working on this. There's a bunch of things I need to do before working this out

The whole idea of starting like subdivision teams of clubsciontc is an awesome idea. i would join a San Diego or Encinitas if you want to get more specific, club if there was one
