best na setup, you want to keep it on a budget or no limits??
if there are budget limitations:
cold air intake
header, s pipe, mid pipe, exhaust, and also custom welded resonators on the mid pipe, it will be real loud and raspy if not.
crank pulley, water pulley, alternator pulley,
clutch
flywheel,
ingalls torque dampener
thats about it, unless you want to get technical, then you get an emanage, and tune it, with all that you might see 180-200whp depending on how well you tune it.
no limits budget:
stage 1 long block kit, with high comp pistons, head work, and all the above, this will reach you more than a turbo kit which is about 4k
