THE SHADOW

Use this link (Headlight Adjustment) to learn how to adjust your headlights. This is to adjust the angle of the housing so it works with both HID and stock Halogen bulbs.

THE SHADOW

I just aim mine at my garage door and keep my left headlight perfectly level at 90 degrees and I raise my right one up about 2 inches higher than the left. That way, it keeps the light out of people's eyes coming towards you but you have more vision down the road near the shoulder.

THE SHADOW

I answered in the other thread.......haha.

What type of bulbs do you have? High wattage halogens?

As I stated in the other thread, if they are not HIDs, then the higher you aim them, the less you will see. B/c they are halogens, they don't have the same travel distance as HID bulbs would and they seem dimmer the further you get.

Adjustment of the headlight can be done by a small silver gear-like screw (8mm I believe) at the bottom of the back side of the headlight housing. There's only an up or down motion to the headlights but they are set on an angle anyways. Up will move them up/right, and down will move them down/left. No horizontal adjustment.

They are designed to show you more of the right side of the road for safety reasons (pedestrians and cars on the side of the road). That's why they have a slight off-to-the-right lean even stock.
