The part inside the wheel (where the brakes are) has started to rust on my car. It looks terrible. Any tips on taking care of that? ![]() "gonna wash my car before i take a nap.. can't rest well knowing i've got the entire cast of A Bug's Life on my bumper" - Vicious -- Want to post a "For Sale" thread? Alright, thanks. Think it was caused by snow or salt? We just got a couple inches of snow/ice here in MD and this is the first time I've seen the rust. ![]() "gonna wash my car before i take a nap.. can't rest well knowing i've got the entire cast of A Bug's Life on my bumper" - Vicious -- Want to post a "For Sale" thread? Untreated metal (mainly a steal material) will oxidize like that. As stated above, just drive and apply brakes slowly 2-3 times for about 20 feet. They'll be silver again ![]() Complaining is futile when you supported the victory. |
