heathermarie88 Reg'd: Mar 30, 2007 Tech Advisor	here in daytona beach, florida as long as they arent flashing or a really deep blue, like the blue on the lights on the cop cars.. which is practically impossible to imitate with an HID bulb, they should be fine for you to use in TX.

They are DOT certified, just not stamped.
