Operatic, you wouldn't happen to know what size the bulbs are for a 08 evo X without OEM hids would you? Also any discount for a guy who has ordered 3 HID kits from you? hehe J/K man Are you in SoCal? Come to our CStC meets! Located in Socal? Need something Installed? The bulb size for a 2008 Evo X without OEM HIDs use either With projector-type headlamps = 9006 Without projector-type headlamps = 9007 Could be wrong though, I just google'd it. And that is what I came up with. And yes, 8000k is blue. But so you know, 4300k vs 12000k puts out about the same amount of light. As for usable light, that is where it differs. As the color gets deeper the light becomes less usable because it blends in with the surrounds so it is not as good. But I've driven with the 12,000k and felt it was still good. Shoot, I use 10,000k on one of my cars and find it fine. Here is a comparison picture for ya. Also, you'll draw less attention from law enforcement with colors lower in the kevlin rating. So if you still have any of those markers that write where only black lighting can see, you can write your friends secret messages
