So I'm supposed to install my friend's 6K I got him for Christmas tomorrow. He loves them and they're not even installed yet. :-b Where exactly do these two prongs go in his 2008 TC? Anyone have a pic what they connect into and how they're taped them?

those 2 cables connect to where the original bulb pluged into on the driver side. Just put one in each little slot and then use electrical tapeto cover/hold them to the connector.

Installed the HIDs on my friend's car. He loves em and they look great! Thank u Operatic! Next question... Anyone have any bulb replacement recommendations for that useless center bulb in the 2008 TC's headlight that isn't the same color as the HIDs? My old Acura RSX had those and I replaced them with a whiter bulb, but not one that was HID lookings cause the RSX didn't have HIDs. Any ideas on what bulb to replace it with in the TC that would sorta match 6K HIDs?

We actually offer LED bulbs in that size. If you want some, let us know.

What size bulbs are they and how much would they be? I got him a pair of LED Wedge bulbs from SuperBrite LEDs for the license plates that match your HIDs very nicely. Now all that's left are those front bulbs.=

So custom yellow HIDs are $150 shipped? What's the usual wait time for the yellow kits?

edit: er 9006 for the OEM fogs

Since there is so much verity to Custom Colors, it would be hard to stock every possible option. On top of that, many people don't really buy the Custom Colors. So we actually order Custom Colors on a per order basis. As for the Custom Color Yellow Fogs in OEM fog lights, you may not get what you are looking for. The lens will actually be a crystal white as the OEM fogs create a prism effect where in short the light at the lens is a crystal white, but the color emitted onto the ground will be a golden yellow. Like here

Oh that's trippy haha. So I'd be better off getting a yellow overlay for my fogs then purchasing a 6000k kit?

If you wanted to have the lens part be illuminated yellow also, then either using a yellow overlay with 4300k works well or getting VRD fogs with our HH bulbs works great too. As VRD fogs do not create that prism effect above.

Well whenever you are ready, hit us up. If you are looking for some good overlay spray paint, I found translucent spray paints from Hobby stores work really good.
