just wanted to pop in and give a little feedback about this HID kit. i had them installed last night and so far i love them! haha white has never looked so white before!

the shipping was really fast, i got it the next day like what was promised although i didn't get them til 8:30pm. it's okay, since the problem was with UPS.

i had a hard time figuring out where the ballast should go but in the end i found a place for them.

my foglights looked fine before i put in the HIDs but now since my low beams are so much brighter, my foglights look kinda... blah. haha maybe i'll put in my old Silverstars for them.

anyways, thanks operatic!

No, because it's still $140 dollars for international customers (such as myself)

No problem partner. Enjoy em! If you want, you can hook up to foglights too. To say the least, you won't have much trouble seeing what is around you.

Factory tC foglights use a 9006 bulb.

We sure do. So you know, they use an H11 bulb for the low beam.

i'm just wondering how many people had to adjust their headlights up after they installed the HIDs.

If you had aftermarket headlamps, I know some people had to do that. If you don't, make sure they are in the headlamp housing all the way.

If you have a tC with factory foglights, the foglight bulb and the headlight low beam bulb are the same size (9006.) So as long as your friends HID kit is a 9006, you can pop it into your factory tC foglights. If the bulb size is different, see what type of connectors the HID kit has, if they are round, we can help you out with new bulbs. If not, I'm sorry, we wouldn't be able to.

So we finished installing this evening, and we found that the bulbs didn't fit. The H11's didn't fit the 08 tC. As i was pushing it in at full force, I broke off one of the three tabs; this helped it fit into the socket. Thank goodness for my mistake.

ok i found out the kit is for an h3 but he said you can still use 9006 with it. But this works out for me because i already have a 9006 kit and the H3 will work with my fogs.

We've had a few customers call us about that. Seems there were a few in the batch that the tabs were to big. Sorry about that, we've since checked all the new H11's in regards to it to fix any future problems. Once again, sorry you had to experience that.
