Hey Scion tC owners... Many thanks to lvnurs9 for taking a chance on this dash kit. We are very sure she will be happy with the kit once it arrives. All kits are made to order since they are available in about 80 different materials to meet any customers wants/needs. lvnurs9 will be installing what is known as the High Gloss 2x2 CF Twill Dash Kit. 2x2 Carbon Fiber is a genuine carbon fiber material. The -2x2- in the name comes from the material pattern, which is a weave pattern that appears to form diagonal stripes from one corner to the opposite corner. The fibers in the material alternate in color from black fiber to gray fiber. This material is then coated with a polyeurethane to give the material a high gloss finish. This polyeurethane is 100% exterior rated and will not yellow or crack over time.We use only 3M foam acrylic adhesive for the application of our product to the surface of your vehicle. 3M foam acrylic adhesive requires no promotion, so your dash is not ruined should you ever decide to take our kit off.If any other tC owners are interested in this kit, please feel free to IM, E-mail or call us and we can assist you in getting you the dash kit you want.

There is a silver CF one. They have aluminum, but not metalic. There are about 23 solid resin choices. Hope this helps,Alexis

Well done, now for my criticism...IMHO...The kit looks under-done, and cut wrongly. Very crooked. The hinged door hiding the stereo looks pathetically uncovered, and it looks of cheap grade...Though I do applaud you for a job well done and breaking through the market as the first C/F over-dash layout in the market... but now its time to hit the boards/tC and try a new test fit.

I was extremey skeptical myself before installing the kit, but honestly, I like it. The color of the carbon flows really well with the black interior. I think the pictures DO NO JUSTICE. There is a piece that covers the radio cover that I decided not to install until I can find a logo to place over top. I like how it says SCION. I will post pictures on my website of before and after pictures. You have to look carefully at the interior of your car to realize the curves. That is why you think it is crooked around the door handle. That piece bevels inwards, making it impossible to cover. I realize you may not want to spend the money on something you are not sure you like, but sometimes things look better in person. I think you would be suprised. Either way, it-s my tC lol and I think it looks nice. --Can-t wait for the hood to compliment the CF interior

It covers the entire radio cover...I didn-t install that, but it doesn-t cover the sides of the middle section- I don-t think it would hold because of the curves.

hey guys, im looking to buy a tC this summer and of course im already looking at all the stuff i want to do to it, dvd player, quickshifter, rear sway bar, loewring springs, etc.Anyway, I was looking through some possible accessories and stumbled across this carbon fiber dash applique http://www.trdsparks.com/...=23&parts_id=628I was wondering if any of you have it or know someone who does, and if so if you had any pictures of it, that would be greatly appreciated. Does it sit flush on the dash? Does it clash with anything? Things i cant tell from the pic.thanks!

www.Decalkits.com gave me some CF Overlay and I had to cut the pieces I needed. I had the piece for the door on but I thought it was too much cf.I wanna do the trim around the gauges to finish it off.

That is pretty nice, although i wish it had some more peices, but to the point i was trying to make... I took my car in today for the 10,000 checkup and they are asking like 157.00 the carbon fiber kit! Mcgeorgeparts.com is the way to go for factory parts ( but everyone already knows that )
