Get a Meguier's Clay bar. it works wonders on glass and paint. I use it all the time after I wash the car with Eagle One detailing spray. No water spots for the past 9 months.

And after you clay bar make sure you wax at least every 3 months. If you have a nice coat of wax on your car, water will just bead up and roll off.

when i worked for a ford dealership, thats what we were taught to do. The best brand to use would be small amounts of regular windex. And don't use the kind with vinegar!

I'll stick to my clay bar b/c "dealership" tricks are not something I would learn by.
