volcm61gq Norwalk California, US Tech Advisor	on the way home from work i was on a bike and i was racing a z06 and a charger cop car came out of no where and got the z06.. and we were doing like 140... those new charger cop cars are no joke

volcm61gq Norwalk California, US Tech Advisor	yea a cop that buys tires from my work told me that mopar is making the cars for the police departments. and by 2010 all cop cars should be chargers...damn....all that means is us as tuners are gonna have to step it up a notch haha

Raven Hawthorne California, US Master Mechanic	So I sort of had a race last night. I was on My way home from kicking it with some friends and My girl and I were talking while stopped at a light. Light turns green and I pull away. The guy next to Me I notice JUMPS from the light with that "I just got a new car and want to race anything that looks like they might race Me" itch. Well he slowed down after a second when he realized I didnt even notice him. I looked at the back and recognised the pontiac symbol but could read the model. It was a small two door, so I assumed it must be a new sort of sunfire or something and was like wtf? So at the next light I'm like "This guy wants to race, so I'll just stomp on it and humor him." I mean it was a pontiac. Well I gun it and he sees that I do so he hits it....Pulls on me like I was standing still, lol. I was like What the fuck is that?! It sounded like he had an intake maybe and looked like stock dual exhaust. That back just said Pontiac and 6.0. I'm in an auto tC, with no performance mods. I just laughed cuz it caught Me by suprise. Anyone know what it was? It was pretty fuckin quick, haha

Raven Hawthorne California, US Master Mechanic	Just went to Pontiac's website and it looks like it might have been a G6 coupe, but the badging is way different. And the G6 coupe GT has 219hp and the GXT has 252hp though, so thats probably what it was. but they are 3.5L and 3.6L engines so if he changed the badging I dont know where the 6.0 would come from.

Well anyway, the fact that you had a full load in your car probably screwed you. Otherwise you might have atleast put up a bit of a fight. 07TouringCoupe Baltimore Maryland, US Scion Guru	Yea that pontiac 6.0 has 400 horses. They are quick, specs say they are mid to high 13's stock. Yea dont feel bad. That was meant to happen A car is only as good as it's driver.

Armour414 Milwaukee Wisconsin, US Oil Changer	well we have this thing that goes on all weekend(Nights in the summer) called highway 100, everyone goes up there withg there nice cars and we all cruise this long strip just up and down all night, and everyone likes to meet at the culvers out there and just check out cars, its like a car show everynite lol...well wen I just got the tC me and my cousin went out there, he drove cuz i was still a little shakey at getting used to manual..Well my buddy in his gti sees us and asks whos piece of sh** is that?? That offended me...so my cousin asks if he wants to go so we pull out of the gas statiion and we're in second, well he honks 3 times and next thing you know hes behind us..We get up to about 85 and the whole time hes behind us and wen we finally slow down he just speeds past us and we havnt seen him since....he also owes my cousin 200 bucks =)... 2BoostOrNot2Boost

greddytc05 Hagerstown Maryland, US Vehicle Designer	lol. yeah raven that was a gto. the g6 doesn't have dual exhaust. atleast the one tha i helped lower didn't. but yyeeaahhh the gto would be like taking a moped and trying to race an r1 or something. a couple of summers ago a guy had one brand new down at the dragstrip. it was bone stock. he normally has a race car that he takes down so he knows a good bit about driveing at the track. well to make a long story short at the time he was the only person known in the U.S. to take one into the high 12's all stock. Car is being put on hold until further notice. Work will continue pending on if i get the new toy i want or not. I will keep you all posted. UPDATE ON THE TUNE. It went ok but a few little issues that are causing my performance to be less than expected have shown themselves. Now I have to resolve them when I get the chance and it will be back to PTuning for the finishing touches. "warning: friends dont let friends learn to drive from watching the fast and furious." me BOUGHT,BUILT,PAYED FOR BY ME '05 BSP TC 5 Speed 255.13hp 286.34tq. 13.708@101.07mph. 60'-2.114 on street tires and stock clutch. More to come.

HI power Exhaust, fujita intake, and nismo Rtune headers... im gonna try get a sound clip soo u guys can hear it....man sooo effing nice!!! its orgasmic hahah.. pics coming too. I raced a porsche cayman s to day coming home from work... im jus started learning to pitch it sideways and after one of the turns i notice headlight booking it behind me... soo i slow down soo it can catch up. he looks at my car and laughs. he guns it and i was in 5th and i downshift to 4th catching hiim prettty quick and pass him... powerband on the new z with mods is amazing... im gonna try to get as much power NA as possible hahaha

It was pretty fuckin quick, haha woo hoo 6.0L V8 GTO those things are powerful, but only pump out a 14 sec 1/4th mile when they are stock because they cant get the power to the ground, they just melt the tires...however i have seen them lose to an import, one was to my buddy's modded STi thats probably one of the fastest cars ive ever driven, and the 2nd was an S15 Silva with an RB26 motor swap...the inline-6 skyline motor is a beast. This particular S15 with the motor swap is owned by a guy I know and he uses it mainly for drift but he drives it on the street from time to time as well...its got 550 whp
