Web Maryland, US THE SHADOW	06 Mazda 6 V6 auto came up next to me and started bucking. Could hear he had an intake so I let him keep bucking. After about 3 miles of him pacing me, I look over and give him the ok. I double clutch down into 3rd and punch it. Let's just say, the auto V6 is a "walk-able" car. I had him up to fifth with about 1.5-2 cars easy. We pulled over and the guy asked me if I was S/C or Turbo b/c I pulled hard. I have nothing to hide so I showed him and he said "Damn....I can take just about all the tCs in this area. Where you from?"...........hahahahahah.....Glen Burnie doesn't really have much competition. Just a lot of "visual" tCs. o8tC Des Plaines Illinois, US Tech Advisor	my tC: stock, just lowered. 2000 civic si: SRI, 4-1 header, catback(loud as hell btw), msd w/e thing, intake manifold, and some other things like coilovers. anyways, he's been talking crap since i got my tC saying it is slow and such. well, my car finally broke in so raced him the other night from a dig. so we both take off. i launched at 2500 rpm. from the start i already had about 1 and 1\2. by third gear gear i was gone. i had him by 3 cars. dont know how. he hasnt talked crap anymore lol. check out my Flickr album... http://www.flickr.com/photos/rx2photography/

Thats what you do. Race Cars wit no torque from a dig, you will own em everytime A car is only as good as it's driver.

Beat the tib by a good car and a half, after i won i tried to slow down to race again, i was doing 55 in a 65 and he still wouldnt come up to me, o well

Well i didnt mean it like that. Like You can beat all cars with less tq, i meant you will have a beater chance, i was in a rush. However. Hp doesnt always win races. Hp is only a number. You have cars that have less hp and less tq and still win. Different things factor, weight, driver,etc. Any car can be beat. A car is only as good as it's driver.

iluvmyTypeS Master Mechanic	i dont know when this turned into a type-s vs. tc talk. i was just merely clearing up some confusion that most people have on what torque really does, and i just happen to have a type-s, so it just fit into my pt. perfectly.
