tC_by_trd Houston Texas, US Vehicle Designer	hey guys its a no go on the races they were postponed (spellcheck), so far now my nitrous system is down, the purge isnt workin and the main feed line is disconected. im waitin for my brother(also my mechanic) to take a day off from work so he can fix it. cause i dont mess with my nitrous lol im scurred lol he is the only one that touches my car lol

tC_by_trd Houston Texas, US Vehicle Designer	lol thats cool, i mean F/I is alot easir than nitrous man. going turbo is just bolt on manual stuff and nitrous is wiring and lines and soleniod wiring its a lil more complicated and i know im not good at wiring so i stay away lol

tCizzler Canonsburg Pennsylvania, US Detailer	I suppose it's nothing to really brag about but i beat a ford probe first gen ?turbo? Not sure but it said GT and i think all the first gen GTs are turbo. Even with the turbo they are only about 145 HP or so. It was just funny to see the guy and his friends faces as i passed them. I was getting on the highway and looked over at the same time they did so they down shifted and floored it. I wasn't even gonna race them but i was in a hurry for a wedding and it gave me a reason to speed,lol. Well it took about 5 seconds to catch up and i look over and they both look amazed like they saw a ghost and then as i pass them, he pulls behind me, i'm guessing he was trying to draft me?? but i just kept pulling hard. They never came close to catching up. Before i even hit the next bend in the road i couldn't even barely see the car in my mirror. I don't like to fight, but i ain't scared to bleed..... soCAL-tc Los Angeles California, US Scion Guru	alright guys, i gotta be honest...i had a little running with an 04 corolla xrs yesterday...of course to the untrained eye it looked no more than your sister's corolla, but under that skirt there's a beast screaming to get out...! We took off originally going about 40 on the freeway, of course since i have more torque i took off initially but he soon caught up and fast...i kept trying to get away and he kept coming for more, i was like dam, i can't shake this dude...so then i figured i would get off and test his shifting/driving skills, we did...the rest is history...first run i took him, by third i was half a car away, he said he mishifted...so then on the next run i think i spun my tires cuz i couldn't catch up...all and all i would love one more run, no more excuses...but the dam cops passed us so we deciced to call it a day....nevertheless, it looks like shit on the outside, but that is one pretty fast vehicle, few bolt ons and that thing is good to go.

Theres only like a 30whp difference? Less maybe? You clearly aren't stock so that Corolla musta had some really nice bolt ons. Id call that a win for you, nice going! Picking on a Corolla, bully. nickah Vehicle Designer	Well well well....this is the first time Nickah will be posting with a ....more legit race than a 2005 corolla CE. On to the story: I had a tennis session today, but the girl I teach does not show up so I bounce early. I decided to take a drive and head down a main street. I see some dude in an altima 2.5 SE 4 door going nuts. and he keeps pulling up next to me. He never looked over but I could tell he wanted to race because at each light he would just gun it from a stop. We hit the smoothest and longest section before a stoplight and i was like okay. Anyways...did a very slow launch and surprisingly he does too, then he looked over and gunned it and I followed suit. I pass him by 2nd gear, 3rd I'm pulling harder, 4th he's 2 cars behind. Yes... You can't learn me nothin...

This mornin' a gt 'stang and I take off from the lite 1 block a way from trimble and montague expressway, most u dont know bout that, but it kinda xplains it for any1 in da area. He took me about half a length to the lite, then u got 3 lanes makin a rite hand turn, he ended up WAY behind me after brakin' and turnin' and I could still hear his car at what sounded like WOT. He really didn't know how to drive or 'stang really outta tune? Idk. Go tC's!!!

hynscion Copperas Cove Texas, US Window Washer	tried a dodge srt4 today.got in back of him at about 80mph.then he just pulled away.my car toped out.and from what i found out the neon srt4 tops out at 156mph.and i guess his turbo had to spool up before he finaly took off.imagine if i had turbo.

Aviator213 Hagerstown Maryland, US Scion Guru	I got a race, great way to end the week before i'm off to camp and wont be home next week, a guy in a celica GTS...I was sitting at a light on one of the main roads, and from the light to the middle of the bridge where it crosses the interstate is exactly 1/4 mile, so he pulls up to me and starts to rev, so i was like ok, I didnt rev but I waited with anticipation until the light turned green, I didnt launch hard but launched normally to see if he was really going to race and he launched hard so I nailed it , as I shifted into 3rd, i had caught up and was dead even with him(he got quite a jump on me since i didnt launch hard) and around 4500 RPM's I was starting to pull ahead, shifted into 4th and had about half a car and then into 5th and had about a car and a half. He said he had a few bolt-ons but didnt say what they were, felt good to win since i wont be home for a week

clutch Ipswich Massachusetts, US Tech Advisor	lost my first 2 races in my tc 2 nights in a row lol....well my engine is stock...first night i raced a toyota matrix...the outside was all hooked up so i figured he had shit under the hood...it was on the highway, he blew by and i couldn't catch up goin around a long as curve...next day im behind a mustang minding my own business...as we come to a set of lights he pulls into the next lane and slows down. soon as i pull up next to him he guns it so i slam on it...sucked cuz we were in one of those merger lanes that becomes one so he beat me to that then i just chased him for a while down a couple of streets...but i couldn't keep up with 8 cylinders that long haha...wish i had a dam turbo

ChInO_TrD Clifton New Jersey, US Detailer	well last night a friend from school.... is chirpin gears up and down my block so i do a gear and a half burn out and pull up nex to him.... both my friends in the 2001 audi a4 1.8t is talkin shyt.... sayin race for a 100 dollars, im like nah for fun... so we go to the clearest nicest route around mi area.... and were in a 2nd gear roll.... he honks the three and i take him from the beginning chirping in to third.. hearing his bov, behind me.... by the end of fourth gear i had him by like 3.5 carz..... 2nd time... the result were worst... he stayed with me for a little then i just sed goodbye..... when we got home... i pulled up nect to him... he put his hed down... and just pulled off... just started laughin and thought i could have had a 100 dollaz.... Anyone can buy a fast car, but its the people who build a fast car that are truly the winners.
