Either something went extremely wrong with his car, or that guy was put behind the wheel fresh out of driver's training. You can't learn me nothin...

Gripking Miami Florida, US Master Mechanic	Lancer Evo MR2 - we ran 2 times both times i was in front until 4th he walked me from then on about 2 cars - i knew id loose i just wanted to see by how much.. Aviator213 Hagerstown Maryland, US Scion Guru	Ok so it wasnt in my car...it was in our turbo'd miata because my car is in getting something fixed. The a/c controls wouldnt light up again...but I was headed out towards the mall on the interstate with a good stretch with no cars in front of me and a Pontiac Solstice...the GTP or GXP what ever the perfromance package is pulled up beside me and he looked at me and smiled. So i nodded and he yelled out that we would roll side by side at 50 MPH and then he'd honk 3 times and it'd be a go. So I agreed and we slowed down to 50 and he honked 3 times and The turbo in the miata was already spooled so i jumped on it and shifted before redline cause i was around 15 psi which is pretty much max for that turbo. I shifted into 4th and had about 1 and 1/2 lengths on him and then as i shifted into 5th i had about 3 car lengths on him. I was at about 108 when i let off cause the car cant go much faster than that because the front end starts to lift off the ground around 120 mph(found that out at the track one time with my dad ). But the guy pulled even with me and just had this shocked expression on his face and then slowed down and got behind me and got off on the same exit as me. When we got up to the light he asked me how much hp that had and I told him it was around 285 and he just smiled and said thats crazy for a little car like that. He asked what kind of turbo and everything and I asked him what he had done to the solstice and he said all he had was exhaust but he was amazed. Thats the first ever race i've had in the miata and it felt great to make it a win

Vicious Orlando Florida, US El Chupacabra	Why do all my races always occur when I'm on my way to my gf's house? I was speeding along faster than usual and I see a SW tC lowered and with a front lip. Looked real nice, but could it perform? Anyways I didn't pay any attention to it till it started weaving to catch up to me Some beige Sentra was tagging along too for some odd reason. I still didn't make a big deal out of it since I was gonna let 'em go. But the three of us found ourselves infront of traffic at a red light! I was on the inside lane, the sentra in the middle, and the sw tC on the outside. When the light turned green I launched pretty hard (not too sure what rpm I was holding at since the light turned green just a few seconds after we stopped) Anyways, I get him off the line, chirped second and his front bumper was to my sideview mirror. Not too sure what happened to the Sentra, but who cares?! So I'm holding a pretty steady lead until we approached a slow turn. He was on the inside of the turn and started gaining ground as I chirped into third and he had a slight slight lead after the road straightened out. The light up ahead was turning yellow but I decided not to run through it and see if he would do the same. And he did By now the Sentra caught up to us and started revving her engine again This time I was ready, when the light turned green I launched at a lower RPM and had slight slight wheel spin off the line and gained about the same distance from the last run :o I guess we blew the doors off that Sentra cuz she was between us I held my lead through 4th and when we caught up with traffic he pulled up next to me and gave me the "OK" sign and nodded. I gave him a thumbs up and we both went on our seperate ways... Kinda.. He lives in my gf's neighborhood and I remember that I see his tC drive through there from time to time. All in all, a good 2 races and another reason why BSP>All The Thread Killah

southpole28 Florida, US Tech Advisor	alright i beat a rsx non type-s at the track along with a VW jetta on 19lbs of boost (girl couldnt drive)but even when she got a good launch she only beat me by a car and a half, than another 3 times i beat gripking, and jasonrs2 he beat me by a fender supercharged but i missed 2nd gear... ohh well was alot of fun though!
