Hi everyone,
Well I just clayed my car and applied cleaner wax for the first time since I bought the car. Its about a month old and used the Mothers claybar system and applied thier cleaner wax. The car sparkled!

I have washed it maybe twice prior to applying the wax and maybe two or three times after. By this I mean like once a week deal wash , not right before and right after!

On certain angels at night you can see minute "spider-webbing". I was curious as to how I did this! Its not heavy..just here and there.

I posted on the Mothers Wax forum and got the responce of "spider-webbing" occuring not during the waxiong stage but during washing and drying.

I wash my car with microfiber mitt and dry with microfiber towels. I was using the absorber as my drying tool but switched when advised that it causes "spider-webbing" because it scoots the dirt missed around as you dry.

Anyways in about a monthand a half I plan on using Mothers three step process(pre-wax cleaner, seal and glaze, and wax). They said the seal and glaze part will help to hide the "spider-webbing".

Anyone with same color cars or dark color in general care to share their techniques, suggestions, etc.?
