adTCi Illinois, US Tech Advisor	so today the bastard curb gashed the lip of my back wheel. ALL the way AROUND almost. yes, it was all the curbs fault.. and its not too deep so im thinkin if i paint my rims it should all be hidden. i dont have enough for new rims at the moment so im thinkin of painting my stock rims black.. i have a flint mica. how do you guys think this would look?!

guitarguru44 South River New Jersey, US Godlike Advisor	It should look pretty decent... but since your considering spraying you have several types of color of paint available, not just your standard grey or black. Maybe do some dark metallic gunmetal, or some metallic silver. How about an orange or something crazy like that? How about brown or beige? I just figured since your painting you might wanna really make it crazy. Just make sure you like spray a piece of paper and hold it up to get a good idea of color. If you're gonna spray I would sand, primer, paint, clear, and then polish. Take your time and get pics up.

klepto New York, US Master Mechanic	looks good man...but um i think u may need to condition yourself to not park so close to the curb, lol...or never think about buying after market wheels, lol ...j/k....but it came out realy good someone else did it in bronze and that came out really good too... You get an A+ plus for effort.
